Due to hygiene reasons our items are considered a "Personal Item" and therefore cannot be resold. We kindly ask for you to be completely committed to your order as we cannot issue a refund or exchange if you change your mind.If you have received a faulty or damaged item then please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and attach a photo of the issue. We will send you a return address to seno the item back and inspect it before issuing a refund/replacement.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Customers has the right to apply for return within 30 days after the receiptTo be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
