Need another size, color or pattern? As long as you have stock, you can easily trade.
Tips: No address on the package has been approved as the return address. Returned packages without a customer service representative authorized return address will not be refunded or exchanged. We will refund your original payment method within one week.
-Purchases (except swimwear, bags and accessories) can be returned or replaced within 15 days of the delivery date.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, make sure that everything in the packaging is intact! Otherwise, the buyer will bear all costs incurred and there will be no refund.
-The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be considered a return.
Purchase does not qualify for return
-The final sale of goods does not qualify for returns or exchanges.
-Swimsuits are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
-If the swimsuit is defective / damaged or wrong, it can only be returned / replaced.
-After submitting your return / replacement request online, you must send us an image containing the problem / defect by email.
If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, a full refund will be issued. If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a help ticket from Contact Us. For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged. If the shaver has been shipped, we will not accept the request to cancel the order.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you like to exchange an item you will need to return the original item, receive a refund and then place a new order
